No, Prime Press strictly specializes in professional ironing only at the moment.

While weekday daytime availability is limited, we strive to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible. Urgent or out-of-hours bookings incur a flat surcharge of $20.00 in addition to standard per-item charges. Turnaround times for urgent requests will be confirmed at the time of your inquiry.

Yes. If you require your items to be returned on hangers, please provide them at drop-off. Otherwise, items will be returned neatly folded in protective packaging.

Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days. We will provide a specific pickup time when you book your appointment.

Yes, a minimum charge of $30.00 applies to all professional ironing orders.

We accept payment via Cash or Card (a 1.6% surcharge applies to card payments). Payment must be settled at the time of collection. All major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, and eftpos.
